On 27 March 2026, Parijat Urja Chakra (Anand Foundation) successfully organized an inter-school badminton tournament in Tasdoli, bringing together enthusiastic participation from students of 7 government schools in the area along with PUC students. The objective of the event was to encourage interest in sports among students, provide them with a platform to showcase their talent, and foster discipline, confidence, and team spirit. Throughout the competition, the players displayed remarkable sportsmanship, energy, and impressive badminton skills.
The tournament was conducted smoothly, while sports teachers from all participating schools continuously motivated and supported the students.
In the Girls’ Singles category, Vanshika (Government Senior Secondary School, Fatehgarh) secured first place, while Kiran (Government High School, Mandaur) won second place. In the Boys’ Singles category, Ashu (Government Senior Secondary School, Fatehgarh) claimed first position, and Armaan (Government Senior Secondary School, Raiwali) finished second. In the Mixed Doubles category, the pair of Nitin and Nidhi (PUC) won first place, while Geetika and Vashu (Government Senior Secondary School, Dhanana) secured second place.
